Huawei released their new MateBook D16 Laptop earlier this year which is grabbing the eye of the masses around the world. A sleek, fast, and performance-oriented smart laptop that will never let you down if you need a heavy-duty machine for your daily routine operations with its 12th Gen Intel Chipset.

With a full metal body, MateBook D16 is a tough boy. So no need to worry if you are a little irresponsible with your gadgets. The slim design makes it pretty light for a 16 laptop at only 1.74 kg. The ports given on the sides are pretty much standard. 2 USB c 3.0 ports on the left with HDMI and audio output and on the left 2 old-style USB ports. The keyboard comes with a numeric pad. MateBook D16 has a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button in the top right corner of the keyboard section which makes it easy to sign in instead of typing the passwords.

The Huawei Matebook D16 has an impressive 16-inch IPS display with full HD 1920*1200 pixel resolution with 100% sRGB color gamut and 300 nit-max brightness, a flicker-free display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio which makes it a full package. For the safety of your eyes, it comes with dual eye comfort with low blue light.

The powerhouse on the MateBook D16 has AMD Ryzen 4000 series coupled with 16 GB DDR4 ram, 512 GB SSD hard drive, and AMD Radeon graphic setup which clocks up to 4.2GHz when needed. The processor gives it great capabilities for soft and smooth multitasking. What makes the D16 different is “Performance Mode”. During heavy-duty tasking, pressing “Ctrl + P” will put the machine on performance mode giving increased cooling and performance boost to the CPU. The machine comes with Windows 10 home edition which will get a free update to Windows 11. MateBook D16 comes with Bluetooth 5.1 version and Wifi 6 version. The battery section has a lithium polymer 56 Wh battery.

Huawei has added a great feature by the name Huawei Share for those people who love to work on multiple devices at the same time. Just tap your phone on the touchpad and the screen of your phone will appear on the laptop. Drag and drop files from one device to another was never this handy and fast before.
